When you interact with us, whether that’s by joining our mailing list, buying a programme, or attending training, we take our responsibility to protect your data seriously.

All personal information is kept on encrypted, password-protected systems. We do not store any financial information or card details at any point. Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Your school or setting address

We collect this information when you sign up to our mailing list, purchase one of our programmes, books or courses, or register for an event or training.

Even after a programme ends, your account may remain on our system so we can keep a secure record of your purchase history. If you unsubscribe from our emails, your contact details will be removed from our mailing list. We’ll only keep the minimum information necessary to meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
