- The course is presented by Trisha Lee in bite-sized units and can be accessed at any time, day or night as long as you have an internet connection.

The course content is broken into small, but rich chapters, all of which contain a video plus tasks and materials. To be honest: I love the videos. Trisha is a wonderful story teller herself and an avid advocate for her cause. The possibility to access any part of the course at any time for a year allows to use it to ones own needs.
