Teddy Bears Picnic (7.24)

Story Steps Presents…

Story Steps One: Watch, Listen and Move

Before You Step In: Introducing Ideas to Spark Curiosity

Do you have a teddy bear? What’s your teddy bear’s name? What does it look like? What colour is it? Where does your teddy bear sleep at night?

This story is about a boy called Max who has lots of teddy bears.

Max’s teddy bears have disappeared. No matter how hard he searches, they’re nowhere to be found. But when his wardrobe door swings open, Max steps into a magical adventure. Will he find his teddies in the forest, or will he disturb the bears?

We’re providing this piece of music from Teddy Bears’ Picnic, where the bears sway and twirl together at the picnic. If your children enjoyed this moment in the story, they may love the chance to dance for longer, moving in their own way.
